Complimentary Photo Session, Save the Date and Wedding Policy

The photographer and videogramher is not responsible for any missed photos/footages and the client must cooperate with the photographer/videographer. We are doing this as a favor for you. I may not offer photo & video coverage at the same time for weddings because there are no funds for me to pay for additional assistances.

Photo Session:

• KLu will provide the client time.

• The client location of choice.

• If the client pick a location outside of Sacramento, there will be a $150 fee for gas and food.

• If the client pick a location outside of Sacramento that requires an overnight stay, the client is responsible for lodging, food, and gas for Kalvin and his assistant.

• If the client pick a location outside of Sacramento that requires a flight, the client must reimburse KLu travel cost for Kalvin and his assistant.

• The client must cannot choose the editing style.

• The client will be given 10-20 complimentary photos. If the client want more photos, it will be $10 per additional photo.

• Raw Photos are not available for purchase and given to the client.

Save the Date Films:

• If the client pick a location outside of Sacramento, there will be a $150 fee for gas and food.

• If the client pick a location outside of Sacramento that requires an overnight stay, the client is responsible for lodging, food, and gas for Kalvin and his assistant.

• If the client pick a location outside of Sacramento that requires a flight, the client must reimburse KLu travel cost for Kalvin and his assistant.

• The client will receive a 30 sec video.

• The client cannot make adjustments to the video.

• The client cannot choose the music.

• Raw Footages are not available for purchase and given to the client.

Wedding Photos:

• We will show up at one wedding location only.

• If the client pick a location outside of Sacramento, there will be a $150 fee for gas and food.

• If the client pick a location outside of Sacramento that requires an overnight stay, the client is responsible for lodging, food, and gas for Kalvin and his assistant.

• The client will get a couple and bridal portraits, family/guests photos, and details only.

  • There will no photos of getting ready.

  • There will no photos of first look.

  • There will be no walking down the aisle photos.

  • No candids photos, unless I see some I like.

• The client must cannot choose the editing style.

• If you want more wedding photos, the client must pay my current wedding rates. $300/hr.

• Raw Photos are not available for purchase and given to the client.

Wedding Films:

• We will show up at one wedding location only.

• If the client pick a location outside of Sacramento, there will be a $150 fee for gas and food.

• The client will get a 2-4 minute wedding cinematic film.

• The client cannot make adjustments to the film.

• The client cannot choose the music.

• Edited Full Ceremony and Toast and Speeches is available to purchase for $1500.

• Raw Footages are not available for purchase and given to the client.

FAQ

Why can’t you offer free wedding coverages with all photos included?

Cost of living in California and my cost of business is expensive. I use high end wedding production equipment to capture weddings.

Why do I need to pay for gas, food and travel?

It because cost of goods has gone up in California/America. As I mentioned earlier, I am taking photos and filming complimentary as a favor. The least I want is to be compensated for travel.
